I've been to this particular Chili's many time over many years. It has, surprisingly for a big box restaurant, never disappointed. The food I have eaten has always been good, served fresh and hot. The service is always friendly, I've never come across a waiter with attitude, and the desserts are over the top. This last time I had their new Mango and Chili Chicken which was superb. My wife had her usual Chicken Crispers, done to perfection. The waiter was attentive, even the other wait staff was friendly. We didn't have dessert, but their menu was tempting. There's not much to complain - Chili's has got their work down to an art...

2:30 in the afternoon. Half empty restaurant and they wanted us to wait because the kitchen was running behind? I don't usually mind a 5min wait for a table but there were several available. What matter if the kitchen is overwhelmed? Seat us, ply us with drinks, and let us spend our hard earned money on the silly table games. Instead we left and found better food at a non-chain restaurant

Good food and good value for your money. I've eaten here often and the simple fact I keep coming back should tell you how I feel about this place. They have great food. They could do better with their staff's professional image. Some of the employees look a little rough.

Walked past the kitchen on the way to the bathroom and the kitchen was filthy with food scattered all over the floor. Also, the two of us got iced tea (1 mango and 1 blackberry) that tasted horrible. I asked for coke instead, but my other half asked for plain unsweet tea. The tea was still horrible like it was tainted. The main dishes tasted alright except for the lettuce being warm and wilted. When it was time to pay, we were going to use the machine on the table, but it wasn't working.

From a stellar organization like Brinker, this location fell way short on this visit. Service was slow and just apathetic. Food temperature was lukewarm at best--like it had been sitting in the kitchen for about 15 minutes. It didn't appear very busy. We told the Manager about the food who offered to have it remade, but at 830p on a weeknight, it's too late to change an impression unfortunately.

Normally, dining at Chili's can be hit or miss but we've had enough hits to keep coming back. We visited Chili's on 1/6/12 and they were jam packed. We had to park in the Office Depot lot behind the restaurant. Because they were so busy, I didn't set my expectations very high for this experience but even if I had, they would have exceeded it. To be a truly great server, you don't have to do too much. Be friendly and keep my drink full. Don't ask if I want a refill, just bring me one. We were lucky enough to have Lila and although she and the rest of the staff were busy, she knocked it out of the park. She met and exceeded every expectation I ask of a good server. Our food was delicious too. My wife and I had the Margarita Chicken, which is a seasoned breast served over a bed of black beans and rice (only 15 points on WW). My daughter got the Chicken Crispers, which is what I used to get before trying to eat a little healthier, and she loved them. The chips and salsa are also our favorites and when you are lucky enough to get them fresh out of the fryer, they are the best. Thumbs up on another great Chili's experience.

#MerrittIsland - Basic Chain. The waiter was great. Very clean and the black bean burger was cooked well. I normally try to avoid these places, however the location across from the mall and movies was central so we stopped in for a bite. Everyone was friendly and if I had to go back to eat here I would.

I've eaten at this Chili's a few times. The last time will be the last time I ever step foot in that restaurant. When we sat at our table, I immediately noticed how sticky the table was along with food particles. Luckily, I had purel and was able to clean the table myself. We placed our drink order along with an appetizer. Food seemed good at that point, we then ordered two entrees. While waiting for the main food to arrive, I noticed the nasty grime on the wall. At that point, we were starting to get grossed out. Our food came to the table, everything looked great. I had ordered the quesadilla explosion salad. I first took a bite out of the quesadillas. It was nasty, stone cold and tasted old. I removed the others off my salad and began eating the lettuce. It was when I tasted the spongy tainted smelling chicken is when I was done. I mentioned to the waitress that the food was spoiled. She didn't care or even offer to take it off the bill, instead she offered coupons for our next visit at that Chili's. I declined knowing I would not ever return. Manager never came to the table, I ended up throwing away $30 bucks for bad food. Later that night, I became violently sick. That was the only food I had all day. One week later I was still sick. I was in physical training for a job and had to decline because I became so sick. It has been three weeks now, the doctor has determined that I have a serious parasite. I was never sick before that day I had lunch. This coming business day I plan to call the health dept. If you are planing to eat at this Chili's PLEASE reconsider. I have never been so sick in my life.

Let me start off by saying that the food was pretty good, although that was the only good thing about this place. Our service (party of four, so it wasn't a big party or anything) was horrible. We've had to of been there at least 2 or more hours because our waitress wasn't competent enough to actually come and check on our table. It seemed like whenever she actually got around to it, it would take another millennia for her to get back with more drinks or any other request. I was also charged for something unexpected as the coupon that I was using didn't seem to cover my order. (Which the waitress seemingly knew nothing about until I was done with my food and she had already brought out the bill.) If you enjoy alright food, but horrible service, make sure to drop by this Chili's.

Ok, I came back. The food was ok, once again. Not too bad. It was like the last time I was here, nothing too stellar but not bad either. Service was ok, was again, nothing to really brag about. My only complaint was the fact that we had a gift card to use to pay for the meal. We gave it to the waitress who came back and told us that the manager said they couldn't take gift cards at the moment. Now if I had not had any money, what would've happened? There were no apologies, no trying to offer something else. Just how are you going to pay now that we wont take this. With so any options on Merritt Island and the surrounding area, I don't think I will be back here any time soon.

While the food was adequate and tasted okay, I asked for some guacamole to go with my chips and dip. I was charged $5.29 for a bowl the same size as the dip, nothing special, just brought with the chips. I expected to pay something extra for the guacamole, but that was so overpriced it was ridiculous.

First we were Seated at a dirty table, the 2nd table was sticky and finally the third table was better than the first two but not sparkling clean. (-1) On the upside the drinks were served quickly. (+1) Waitress looked like she just rolled in after working a hard night on the boulevard doing the stroll for quick cash. (-2) With all the empty tables and booths in the restaurant she couldn't have seated the family with the screaming baby elsewhere? (-2) The food was salty, felt like I had just finished licking the salt lick. (-2) The drinks were watered down. (-3) If I could give them a negative rating I would, but I'll have to settle for giving Chili's a big fat 1, which is the closest thing to failure Yelp allows. Never again!"

I ended up taking John here cause it was late, we were hungry and I love the Chili's back near my home town. The place was packed, probably because it's a tiny town and there isn't much to do but the staff was friendly and we got our table. John enjoyed the food and the waiter, I'm not sure which one he liked more though. :) It's definitely a good place for a late night bite or a quick food run on your way through but not much else.

Food here can be good, depending on what you get. But overall not too impressive. I find everything here to be way too salty, just having a few chips will leave your fingers covered in salt. and it's not just the corn chips that are too salty, so are the entrees. I think they are compensating for lack of flavor by loading it up with salt. The plus side is you can usually get out of here in under 45 minutes at lunch time, if you stick to their lunch menu.
